I sent a message to Elan regarding the Distribution of the game. From what he said, it looks like the Cards Against Humanity folks are going to be helping with the Kick Starter Distribution and Shipping, but as of noon yesterday the Exploding Kitten team has not made a plan for after that yet.
Sadly that means I may have to push the Kick Starter to friends, as opposed to waiting until my copy arrives, and then getting my FLGS to order in copies of the game through Alliance, ACD, or one of the other Game Distributors.
On the upside, since the Exploding Kittens team is working reasonably closely with the CAH guys, we can reasonably expect similar card stock and quality.

@Epic, it's our alignments, the villains use the vittens to foward their evil schemes while the heroes use hittens to halt villainous onslaught. The Neutral individuals take no sides either because they are opportunist or they merely observe from outside the conflict. In some cases neutral aligned individuals will slap down one side or the other if they get out of hand.

@Chris Johnstone not only is EK using CAH for fullfilment but the are using the same card manufacturer that CAH uses for all of their cards. In fact it was CAH that introducted EK to admagic.
So yea its reasonably safe to say that if you are happy with the build quality of CAH cards then you will be happy with the EK cards as well.
