We're going to need to get a lot more people involved in this Kitten Corps to make a Con a reality, Based on my experience trying to organize gatherings there are always going to be at least 30% who can't make it due to other conflicts, plus we have people that won't be able to make it due to location, then there are the random fails/emergencies/what have you. How do we get the word about Kitten Corps out there?

Right, @POT. I don't mind discussing a Con here, but I can only offer limited resources. Something like this will require a lot of work from a lot of people, so before we go a head with it, we need to have a lot of people committed to make this a success. It wouldn't be a bad idea to hire a convention planning consultant and that takes money.
