@Geist: I think I could put some of that stuff in there...I have only been with the company since Sept 8, and already moving from two part time positions(really full time positions I could only do part time each) to only one. Also keep getting told that I am very valuable as I freed up time for the Payroll Manager to be able to get to projects she needs to do. Also, an extra week of vacation a year already(started with 2, now have 3) and a raise....I think they like me. :P

Sandman is a great song, but the buildup is a little slow for use as a sallying march. That one's more like when the armies are staring at each other across the field, gripping weapons, steelung themselves as they await the command. Then, they are told to slow march forward as the archers begin their volleys. Then the full charge command is given and the battle begins in earnest
@Historian: The hardest part, honestly, is coming up with 3 goals for the next period. I've put continue my education towards my CPM(Certified Payroll Manager) designation, and finish the projects we have on the go already...need one more.
