Hi Tamara, He is the most placid cat I've ever met and will tolerate almost anything. That said, I gave him lots of pats and cuddles after the photo anyway to counter any beard-related torment. Plus, he played with it for hours afterwards so I think he was OK with it all!

Would have been cool for them to add a 75k achievement for both twitter and facebook. I suggested to them that they grab /gameofkittens instagram and add that to the achievement s mix too. I'm surprised they haven't at-least secured the gameofkittens username on instagram.
I mean they would be adequate bench mark goals... honestly the 100,000 is so far out there we'll be lucky to hit them. They are coming around nicely, but a 50k and 75k for both makes sense. They did however give us more than enough breathing room to get 30 though....

I know I'm ten hours late to weigh in on "The Great Poz Debate" but I'm going to weigh in anyway. Poz' question is a valid one and, compared to other projects, he has not been excessive in the number of attempts to get an answer. However, he is wrong about the affect gmail has on contacting Élan using the Kickstarter contact link. As a creator myself I receive such contact via my gmail account. The actual account used for these communications is not revealed to the backers to protect my privacy.
Lastly, I too would like to see Élan issue some sort of response to Poz' question. I just don't repost that every day.
Well I was saying his question wasn't valid, especially when he finally calmed down and actually EXPLAINED what it was he wanted while I was there. I still stick by the contact me button as a better option than this comment section though. I also do feel his questions more or less been answered though, and that when/if they do change it we will be informed. It's a part of his promise at the beginning: he will NOT delay anything unless he has no other choice. They did delay the Deck of Legends Backer Level though, by a month. I KNOW they said they we're sticking to the dates for now somewhere, but I still can't find the damnable direct quote....

I for one would be hard pressed to come up with a technical solution that googles infrastructure can not readily provide.
@Peter: If they have to spend hours to sift through email they have to spend even MORE time sifting through here. This comment section isn't exactly... comprehensive. It's not a bad question, but the fact that they haven't changed the date and have promised to do everything to keep it, is also a direct sign that there currently isn't a change in the estimate.
