@Clayton, my suspicion is that it will get unlocked last as a way to draw out the fun of the achievements (as well as continue the media coverage and social media coverage).
I think they're holding off on giving us the 30 achievements because they want to drag it out as close to the end as possible. We're going to hit 150k backers, the YouTube songs are there so we're going to hit 30 but they'd be better off waiting until closer to the end of the campaign to announce it.
