@Meow-tair I sympathize with you, I'm also an introvert, with a severe panic disorder, that gets MUCH worse when around large groups of people, but Vegas allows you to choose your level of introversion/extroversion, you don't even have to leave your hotel for a good time!
That's why I like it, it makes it so I can enjoy myself super close to my hotel room which I can use as a comfort zone/panic attack calm down area, so it may be okay for you too, though I certainly don't presume to speak for everyone!
Honestly the idea of ANY con terrifies me due to the amount of people, and I'm agoraphobic which is why I want it in LA, the closer I am to home, less likely I am to have a massive panic attack and faint/be physically ill etc...
Chris "The Historian" Loth 2015-02-13T09:43:22-05:00

@Blondie Eh, that was probably compounded by the fast pace society up here in New England. The big city thing isn't always so pushy and go, go, go... It's enough to overwhelm most people really.

Yeah, the last time I was in NYC, when I left, I was never so glad to see Secaucus, NJ. Let that sink in for a moment. Secaucus, NJ was a welcome sight, and smell. Even thought it smelled like a pig farm with a sewage problem on a hot day, it meant I had gotten out of New York. I felt like I was constantly on edge the entire time I was in NYC. I couldn't relax. Which, like PoT said, is also kind of a situational awareness thing. With that many people, I was pretty sure at least one person in my vicinity was probably not on the up and up.
Are you guys from small towns? I'm introverted buuuut I grew up in Columbus Ohio so I pay more attention to the flow of people around me than the sheer number. @PoT, lol, sorry coffee hadn't kicked in entirely yet, I get it now.
@Blondie, Android itself isn't typically the issue, it's the phone it's put on. I've been getting my phones through the Nexus program and rarely have issues (unless it's due to the crap programming of an app). iPhones seem to work better because Apple forces the same specs on everyone through their limited builds. It's really no different than the Mac v PC debate. I say, go with what your comfortable with. I've never owned an apple product because I don't like the walled garden aspect of their eco-system (or their insane price structure). Heck, when MP3 players hit I bought a Creative Zen.
Can't remember who asked but Catness lives in Seattle.
dns12999 "Dave The Quack" 2015-02-13T10:11:42-05:00

And the next person who mentions that stupid Thundercrap program ...grrr. It is a useless thing, a marketing scam, and I seriously doubt it would even be valid for the EK promotion. Now there's something you don't see everyday Edgar. What's that, Chauncy?
I use a Swype settle keyboard where you drag your fingers to the letters you want and it figures out the words but sometimes it's wrong and you have to change it. it's usually better than this honest!
And now, watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat!
@PoT yes creeper is the baker with the delicious balls(not a typo)!
That sounds like a very frustrating keyboard system @DTQ no wonder your typos are epic lol, keep them coming!
Upsidaisium, Hush-a-boom ....
It's normally great depends how much I pay attention and how accurately I hit the letters...any up to date Android phone should have one
Under $118K to Pono ...
Booo androids no wonder you are having issues
Androids are generally very sound, it's the ipods that usually wind up buggy and out of date.

My iPhone has never messed with me- though sometimes Siri is a smartass and I have to threaten her loudly…other than that…seriously does anyone else get sass from Siri? lol
@Blondie you may be able to Gary it on an iPhone as well but I'm not sure. I Would sell my soul to Satan or PoF highest bidder before getting an iPhone
I live in New York, and grew up here... it is quite unfriendly to introverts in the city, but their are plenty of nice quiet places where people are friendly.
Apple is my nemesis
Wow, since last night when I left, the EK Twitter account has only climbed by something like 50 people. Twitter just isn't that popular with most folks.
I never liked Steve Jobs always thought he was a conceited jerk...it was to the point that when he passed away my wife tight I might be happy(i wasn't jerk or not)
@DTQ - Well so is your android judging from half the mistakes it's made lol
DTQ Read his bio. Classic Narccissist. I could never have worked for him.
had to step away and do some actual work for a minute there.
I could switch keyboards or type regularly on this one if I want but I'm to lazy to change it at the moment
You literally had spelling errors in 2/3 of your last posts, the only one without an error was only 4 words long…just saying, not making your Android look awesome as you defend it haha
And the next person who mentions that stupid Thundercrap program ...grrr. It is a useless thing, a marketing scam, and I seriously doubt it would even be valid for the EK promotion. You have to get 500 people signed up in seven days, and they've been pushing it for two weeks -- it has already failed!
Good morning, all the people!
DtQ, what did that nasty fruit do to you?
@Catness, well speak of the devil, good morning! :)
@Blondie: No opperating system can be blamed for auto-correct/user errors.

Historian, was someone talking about moi?
@GCoD, so I have this awesome thing that will totally help us hit our numbers on Fb and the Twitter... you should totally go here: http://bit.ly/1MjaUsG
@GCoD - Yeah, you talked me out of that, but you only need 250 people for this campaign which they may get and if all those people wanna give out their infer to thunderclap vs. just share the campaign themselves that's fine by me...
I see. Why, yes, I do live in Seattle.
You were summoned Catness, we all used our Dark Marks ...
I ran with Matthew around Greenlake with a small group of people and made a proper ass of myself.
You were thinking of Creeper, she lives in NYC.
@Catness, someone popped in with the usual if everyone liked/followed we'd have the Fb and Twitter acheivements...
My phone is great it's the keyboard I have on its not stock I may go back or look for a new one all together
GCoD, summoned to serve as a cautionary tale!
