@Catness Oh, I don't disagree on your budgeted usage of "deadening agents" but all I'm saying is if you've got a crate full of WP and enough targets that you can afford to go all Oprah on everything with the WP, then what is overkill? In my RPG's, my magic using characters are heavy hitters, because, as I see it, "there ain't no destruction like utter destruction!" I'm also prone to, as I call it, "unleash a fire storm of assbeat" with the slightest provocation in games.

@Mike: It's more copyright law, you also can't trademark something if it misrepresents your product. It's a cash grab, and a HIGHLY unethical one. This project was clearly put into the making long before the other product, and is also widely known and essentially trademarked. Given the news coverage it's kind of open shut.
