@Quack - do you like Brooklyn Brewery? They hosted the employees at our restaurant at their brewery, bartenders were so nice, giving us tastings until we were plastered. We were all trying hard to look interested- which we were, but near teh end it become "More beer. don't drop. gotta pee"

Collar Stay - not a metal fan. I grew up on classic rock and blues from my dad and brother (who also raised me on johnny cash, elvis, morrisey, the cure, beck,....a crazy eclectic listener), I sang and studied opera and classical music for years, ... But metal never really entered my likes.
