Re Pono: From what I've read in the comments, the sound quality that was promised from the makers wasn't delivered. Some folks have said that you have to use really high quality head phones with Pono to get superior sound. I'll stick with my iPod.

As noted several days ago. I just got two books from the UK. Each is a nice thick quarto format. Books = $100. Shipping = $60. China subsidizes their postal system, we don't.
