Okay, I have determined the Google Map they created, whereby we can pin our location, is busted. I can move any pin anywhere on the map, and others can too. No pin stays locked to where it was placed. Mine is gone now, who knows where.

IF they shot it on a cell phone, there is no "full resolution image". It's a cell phone. Once they tweet it, email it, or whatever, it degrades over the ether. Unless they mail the SD card to EK, it will always be fuzzy.
