That and someone did another count other than me, which looks better than my ms paint catastrophe. It's in the facebook comments for those interested.

I just looked at the photo with the numbers on imgur. Who ever did it did a good job, but they undercounted. I count at least three more people wearing cat ears without numbers associated. I cannot imagine it not being accepted.
