@Potatten, if we trademark something, who owns the trademark? We are a loosely organized group with no bylaws. I think we are too hung up on legal issues right now. I also don't see the benefit of having a trademark since no one else has been granted use of the logo by its creator.

Hi Matt,
Right now there is a sad craze in Australia ( or maybe elsewhere as well?) for traveling to Thailand and having your picture taken with heavily drugged tigers. I think that there might be scope for an issue of the Oatmeal devoted to "Sedated tigers with humans..... and other large carnivores doped to the eyeballs" e.g. a spaced out Great White shark with syringes sticking out of it's hide swimming in little circles with humans hugging it; using the occasion as a tacky photo op.
Or perhaps you can go for other creatures starting from a drugged gerbil all the way up in magnitude to a wacked out whale?
Just an initial idea to perhaps illustrate a disturbing modern phenomenon

Well I don't care one way or another. We can't REALLY use it as a trademark anyway since we don't pass any of the qualifying tests really.
