Trust me, Nancy, I've been struggling with the same confusion. I think it's because the emphasis was put on every backer at every level will get a box. That makes it sound like it's one box per backer. But then they talk about it like your cards will come in these boxes.... so is it one box for every increment of $20-$35 depending on my pledge level? If I pledge $105 so I can get three NSFW sets, does that come with three boxes? And if I throw in another $20 for a regular deck, that comes with its own box too? What if I'm pledging at the $20 level, does each deck I order come with its own box even though each box fits two decks?

9 players... or 10 LZ. They haven't confirmed or denied the change being made to both decks. They just said a full deck supports 5 people. The NSFW deck is a full deck. Algebra bitches.....

They said on twitter that every regular deck comes with a deluxe box. Every NSFW deck comes with a regular deck. Every regular deck comes with a deluxe box, so every NSFW deck comes with a deluxe box, as well (but only one box per NSFW set). Let's see, I'm not sure I made what was supposed to be a clarification any more confusing...

From what I can figure out reading rewards, FAQs, updates, and tweets when @elan isn't overloaded:
1 family deck $20 pledge gets 1 deck family safe cards & 1 nifty box
1 NSFW set $35 pledge gets 2 decks 1 NSFW deck & 1 family deck & 1 nifty box

To add extra decks:
$20 for family Friendly
$35 for a set of NSFW & Family Friendly (1 deck of each)
Select where you live for shipping (amount may be adjusted after Kickstarter ends as Exploding Kittens creators are working to get better shipping rates. Added decks may or may not increase shipping cost. It's not known at this time so don't add additional shipping)

See, LZ agrees. Each individual SFW deck comes with said box. The box fits two decks, but only ONE SFW deck and ONE NSFW deck per box.

Thanks @Explaitten and all. The clearer the "understanding" the better, so saying every regular deck will come with a box makes it easier - that way you know that every $20 pledge gets you a box, and every $35 pledge gets you a box, so every extra $20 or $35 pledge gets you another box.
I know this is just what you can decipher and isn't official...but it's better than nothing, and I think all of you watch the comments a little more closely. With any luck the creators are seeing the concern about boxes/decks/number of cards/shipping/etc. and can give everyone what they're hoping to get.

Each SFW deck effectively gets a box... it said so in a place LZ will tell you.
Potatten, they said the Regular deck now supports 5 players.
Will the Vegas Con be held at the same time as CES?
Dr P you need 4 exploding kittens to have 5 players. The NSFW combo originally had 3. Each individual deck comes with 1.
The vegas con will be held whenever we can explode some damn kittens I can only guess XD
