@LZ, some friends and I have a party we like to Bacon Olympics. Basically a party we have during the Olympics wherein we all bring some bacon related dish/appetizer to share. Our inaugural party included Bacon Explosion... I think I got the meat sweats from eating it... but it was oh so good!

The Creeper - Sweet onion has to be eaten raw. Cooking it ruins it.
The trick to onions Creeper, is that they should be caramelized before using them in a recipe first..... most people just drop them in freshly chopped. I hates that.

You can order one from the bacon explosion website, but when it first started, they had the recipe online and I nabbed it

I modified the Baconsplosion recipe to include cheese and onions. A little slice will do you, but it is such a good slice!
