Also, the way I was thinking the Nope cards work, is you keeping going with them until no one can play one...just my thoughts though since I used to play Magic: The Gathering, and there are Counter Spells that you can keep playing until someone runs out of Mana....or someone plays Last Word(Cannot be countered).

A difference between .5lbs and 1lb to NZ for instance right now is the difference between 12 and 16 dollars. between 1lbs to 2lbs is the difference between 16 and 24 dollars. That's just for me to send something to New Zealand that weighs between .5 and two pounds.
