Yeah, making metal dice in anything but a d6 format is going to be painful -- they are hard to hold for machining. Casting would work, or laser sintering -- but that gets pricey. You could go the lost wax route and cast them in brass, bronze, silver, gold, etc ...

Well for Canada versus The Netherlands, the weather is the same. Wild nature in Netherlands is non-existing while there are Epic mountains everywhere you go from Vancouver alone. Lincoln, Ne, on the other hand... Our rush hour is 5-10 miles an hour slower. At least Omaha has some stops and even the interstate gets really hectic here. Lincoln at its worst is horrible by its standards, but we're clean and organized for any metropolis.
