@Dr. Potatten, the main database updates once every 20 minutes. It runs off a CRON job on the KittenCorps server. I do not want to mess with it now because I have it set up along with another CRON job to keep gathering data until the cutoff and then stop.
With that said, I could run it manually at any time. Is there a specific time that you are requesting? If so, why?

CB, about the midwest? There are a bunch of people, but spread out so much. Not actually too many in lincoln or omaha, not to mention there were no applications from them, just one in Columbus, about an hour and a half away. There aren't many people, so nice comfy communities, but not much support and TONS of stereotypes about the midwest. Some may be true, but still, if it weren't for one of my personal heroes Buffalo Bill, people wouldn't think there were still cowboys and indians fighting out here.

@Zem, I spent 50 years living in Iowa before moving to North Carolina, the last 17 of them in Sioux City. Omaha always seemed pretty big to me, but Minneapolis and Kansas City were much bigger. I can definitely relate to your situation.
I grew up in Davenport, Iowa, very close to the Cody homestead. Didn't see too many cowboys and Indians though.

Please forgive me while I vent a bit.
Last year in early May my wife and I purchased a piece of property upon which we intend to build our new house. We were referred to a lawyer to help complete that sale. He "seemed competent". So six months later I asked him to review the construction contract and told him specifically that I needed it done in less than a week. His reply? "No problem". One month later, still no review. I fired his ass. All this time along I still have not seen the deed to the property we purchased last May. Finally I called the recorder of deeds in the county where the property is located to ask, "where is my deed?" Their answer? :We sent it to your lawyer last June." Great.
So I write a short, polite email to the guy, explaining that he has my deed and I would like it please and to send to my home address which is XXXXXX, XXXXXXX, IL 60XXX.
Two weeks later I get a response. "Oh. Really? I'll check." Sure enough he has it. Great. "Where should I send it?"
Really?
Okay. Send it to me at XXXXXX, XXXXXXX, IL 60XXX. His response, "Oh right, I have that, you're at XXXXXX, XXXXXXX, IL60XYY."

Are you doing steam? They have it too, but I'm playing the CD version my brother bought when it came out. Easier and [for me] cheaper. But you have to have an EA games account to connect to other games, otherwise I could show my creatures and the pattern and import other creatures we made. Does the steam version automatically connect to the rest of the peoples' games?

You know what's worse? Just found out they killed my free hosting site on Feb 1, and I didn't know... So many valuable things lost, including but not limited to my Spore png-s. Basically, nearly three years of gaming memories and important stuff. Had many hours invested in designs kept there too.

@Dr. Potatten, the main database updates once every 20 minutes. It runs off a CRON job on the KittenCorps server. I do not want to mess with it now because I have it set up along with another CRON job to keep gathering data until the cutoff and then stop.

I just agreed with a local cat shelter here in Vancouver, they will post it on their Facebook page in return I will try to gather donations during the event. It is a little on short notice but it might get me some more Votes and Donations for a cat shelter.
Now for games-when-I-could-be-working-on-my-essay-or-something-but-it's-spring-break-and-everyone's-at-school-or-work-and-I'm-a-lazy-freaking-procrastinator-with-too-much-time time!

I've been looking at the locations and it doesn't look good for the Southeast USA.
Looks great for the Pacific Northwest though. Kind of a long walk from Charlotte.

I am over and out for today... just did a last update and cleanup on the spreadsheet and my data, everything else is now on automatic.
Playing games on a gimormous screen with surround sound so good when you watch something like LotR it vibrates and the pictures on the wall shake crooked and one fell off once is awesome!

CB, about the midwest? There are a bunch of people, but spread out so much. Not actually too many in lincoln or omaha, not to mention there were no applications from them, just one in Columbus, about an hour and a half away. There aren't many people, so nice comfy communities, but not much support and TONS of stereotypes about the midwest. Some may be true, but still, if it weren't for one of my personal heroes Buffalo Bill, people wouldn't think there were still cowboys and indians fighting out here.

@Zem, I spent 50 years living in Iowa before moving to North Carolina, the last 17 of them in Sioux City. Omaha always seemed pretty big to me, but Minneapolis and Kansas City were much bigger. I can definitely relate to your situation.
I grew up in Davenport, Iowa, very close to the Cody homestead. Didn't see too many cowboys and Indians though.

CB, yeah, but compared to actual major cities they're tiny. By midwest standards, they're big cities. Also, obviously people here don't think that, but you'd be surprised by what some people in big cities like NY are so sheltered and ignorant they believe.

Last year in early May my wife and I purchased a piece of property upon which we intend to build our new house. We were referred to a lawyer to help complete that sale. He "seemed competent". So six months later I asked him to review the construction contract and told him specifically that I needed it done in less than a week. His reply? "No problem". One month later, still no review. I fired his ass. All this time along I still have not seen the deed to the property we purchased last May. Finally I called the recorder of deeds in the county where the property is located to ask, "where is my deed?" Their answer? :We sent it to your lawyer last June." Great.
So I write a short, polite email to the guy, explaining that he has my deed and I would like it please and to send to my home address which is XXXXXX, XXXXXXX, IL 60XXX.
Two weeks later I get a response. "Oh. Really? I'll check." Sure enough he has it. Great. "Where should I send it?"
Really?
Okay. Send it to me at XXXXXX, XXXXXXX, IL 60XXX. His response, "Oh right, I have that, you're at XXXXXX, XXXXXXX, IL60XYY."

Are you doing steam? They have it too, but I'm playing the CD version my brother bought when it came out. Easier and [for me] cheaper. But you have to have an EA games account to connect to other games, otherwise I could show my creatures and the pattern and import other creatures we made. Does the steam version automatically connect to the rest of the peoples' games?

You know what's worse? Just found out they killed my free hosting site on Feb 1, and I didn't know... So many valuable things lost, including but not limited to my Spore png-s. Basically, nearly three years of gaming memories and important stuff. Had many hours invested in designs kept there too.
