I assume the PNG format would work -- but again, the logo will be really small ... do a resize on the artwork on the monitor to check ... at 1/4" or so -- is it work it?
The clarity on screen vs printed in front of you will be slightly different. Again, i'm only going off of some pens i have in front of me. Since DDD'S logo is simple enough, (no tiny writing)...i don't think it will look too muddled.

DDD's logo is full of tiny details ..the cat's eyes, the lines ... but that's your call if you want the logo. I also wouldn't want to include more and slow the process if this is a rush job

Well, I simplified the logo, if you'd like. The logo is not listed as affecting the three day turn around, only the clip imprint. And St. Louis is listed as 3 days.

I trust your experience with shipping, i know you do a lot of it. It may just all be too close to get them out in time, regardless of logo, etc.

@GCoD, the last logo I sent you is 150 pixels square, not 144 as the name suggests. There is no way I can get either of the logos down to 40 pixels square, but I shouldn't need to. A 40 pixel logo will be 1/4 in square when displayed at a resolution of 120 dots per inch, but many printers use a higher resolution. The 150 pixel logo will lok good and be 1/4 inch high when printed at 600dots per inch. If you can find out what resolution the printer is actually using, I can match it. For instance, at 1200 dpi, the logo can be 300 x 300 pixels.

I'm saying ditch the logo ... they won't do a two color bleed for free (the Inman logo) and what we think of as our "logo" isn't likely what they are offering. They likely mean the ATT "world", the Boeing "B", that sort of thing. A full blown artwork isn't likely to be free.

They said black preferably, blue if black isn't available. No other colors are satisfactory.
