@GM, sounds like you have a plan. Biggest thing to consider, is not how you work for the company, you know what you bring to the table, but how the company works for you. Its more important than how much the job pays, what kind of a quality of life does it give you? If you're taking home your frustrations and it cuts into personal time, then the money probably doesn't make up for it. There needs to be a balance, you deserve it and you should have it!
@BaKhan: Once I leave work, my mind is off of work. It's only the training(or lack there of), and the "sink or swim"(where I'm just below the surface 70% of the time), that are getting to me. We are also still in the process of getting everything sorted so that we aren't missing anything(we moved the US payroll department here, which I took over after only 7months of doing payroll, about a month to a month and a half ago).. Until things are sorted, and we have everything under control, it's going to be a lot of hard(and annoying) work.

Yet, the dialogue box that pops up always said "Are you sure you want to pre-process the payroll?"...hooray for another late night...and payroll was supposed to be submitted 30min ago...we have 2-3 hours of input let to go. -.-

Aaw, just watched the Zelda Ocarina of Time record speedrun at 18:10 and Mario 64 (tool assisted) at like 5:47, so I hoped my favorite game, paper mario, could be like that. Nope, 2 hours. And I'm still gonna watch, dammit! Work and study can wait! This game became my life after we got it when I was 6 I think, and maybe this will make me want to play again.
Well...finally home. And finally eating dinner. Looking forward to tomorrow going great(positive thinking....might as well give it a shot....right)?

They're not even really crosses, just a piece of wood really quickly and shoddily cut out into a t shape. Really, they're quite sad, but at $30, they're a steal! Not even worth reporting. He never made any money. Nobody would pay for that, especially not that much.
Trying to work, caught a bit of cold last night (yeah, not in the winter but now), and a Japanese customer filed an oh-so-important UI bug on an obscure phone we don't have. Lost my day trying on other phones, and in the end it turns out that they cannot reproduce it themselves. Woo.
Going to try out a bike frame in a while. I hope at least that goes okay.
And I hope someone reads the supported devices list for once.

I just looked at that, and must say...it looks like he took a soldering iron and made the ring with that. It is one ugly ring, and one size fits all? So it's cheap, bendable metal...that will break after the first time you adjust it...bravo sir scammer, bravo.

It's a pretty simple ploy. Do several small KS campaigns that do get funded, so he can then claim he has run successful campaigns to later run bigger scams.
The diffuse cards let you move a DRAWN card to anywhere in the deck, including the exploding kittens. Nopes must be used on cards that are actually played. The second turn would in fact still happen Juha. You could skip a turn with the right cards (skip) and, if not thinking about it, accidentally attack yourself.
GM, it's worse than that. It's 3D printed, so it's plastic that has been painted to look like metal, unless you want red or black, in which case it's painted either of those colors

Some people can hardly tolerate black pepper. I like spicy though, as long as it's flavorful and not just meaninglessly hot.
