Actually, I had my annual physical with my doctor this morning, and I can't leave because I need to get everything ready to run the big payroll next week, which is a short week here(three day weekend...and not spending it at home/in the city :D)
Well, we do the big payroll(~300 employees) one week, and the small the other(~100 employees). That is just our US operations too. There is the Canadian side, which has hourly staff paid the same weeks as the big US, and Salary on the 15/last of every month.

@Keith - We were not lied to. It only allows the purchase of additional sets via the survey. The survey is only sent to backers. Therefore only the original backers can purchase additional sets. Not just "anyone".

Not just anyone can get the Kickstarter upgrades. You first have to have been a backer, and they are merely letting the backers indicate what the amount pledged for, was what they wanted. There was a bit of confusion over amounts and shipping costs. I seriously doubt they will let folks wildly up their orders to cover new multiples of the game.
