I spoke to the Exploding Kittens support staff last night/early this morning (pick your time zone at the door) and they informed me that they went from about 200 support e-mails to over 1500 on Saturday after the survey went out. So please give them some time to respond, they are throwing all the resources and staff into the support channel to help out all the backers with issues/questions from the survey.

@Dave, I don't know how the other kickstarter surveys work, but the pledge manager one that the exploding kittens team are using gives you to opportunity to add MORE amazing exploding kittens to your order. Not sure if other campaigns allow that to happen that often.
If you are having trouble with the survey you can mail them or tweet them to help sort it out. As stated before they are dealing with a ton of support requests, so some patience is required.
Rest assured that they are committed to providing all backers with their requested decks.

You can also try asking for a second invite by requesting one here, it worked for some people: https://explodingkittens.pledgemanager.com/projects/explodingkittens/ If the request doesn't give you what you're looking for, and the search doesn't turn up anything, contact Support@explodingkittens.com for help. If they receive your email you will get an email saying they received it and will get back to you. If you do not get THAT you may want to contact your ISP and ask them about not receiving an expected email because they are probably the problem. They could be blocking it on their side as well.
Also tweet at them on twitter as well and see what can be done there. Some email addresses have gotten truncated with the export/import from/to Kickstarter to PledgeManager. This would help you there, and be a problem on the PledgeManager side of things.

I'm having some issues while paying the shipping fees with CC, the shipping address is different than my billing address, could that be the reason?
If so, how do I work around it?
Faith they have had problems with Stripe so it might be that. It shouldn't not be a problem that your shipping address is different as long as you are using the correct billing address. Do double check it just in case there were any errors or typos. Also, email and tweet at the EK team at Support@explodingkittens.com regarding an issue with your payment processing. They are swamped but will get to you as soon as they can.

They'll get to posting about it before to long. You have to realize they aren't all that big of a team and freaking out is just going to make it harder to fix on their end. A couple of people have messaged us with the same issue and they said they'd ship it to their office at work. The post office can also do mail holding/forwarding to. It's not the end of the world a decision just needs to be made. The EK team however cannot decide for you where your package should be sent.

Marble, our old war cat and current reigning queen of the manor for the last 17 years or so, hissed as loud as her old lungs can bear just to get her point across about how much she loved him as well. In a nutshell: this sucks. Our beloved lovable senior is shaking her cane at the amazing little kitten! And possibly casting spells and evil-eyes when she thinks we're not looking; she tends to do that too.

We would have no problem with the stray kitten if he didn't steal Marble's food and come up to her to sniff her. If she can see him, she hisses, even walking away from her treats she loves. So I walk back up to her with the treats so she can finish them and the stray follows me, she hisses, pisses, and walks away, and the cycle repeats. She's running out of places to moodily stomp away to.
@Zem: You could always pick up the little tyke and keep him away from the treats and Ms. Marble while she enjoys her treats.

They have a pasta dish that is very tasty that has shrimp, chicken, sausage, sauted onion other veggies with a slightly spicy New Orleans sauce. Mmmmmmmm. That and a beer would make my tummy squeal in happiness.

Beer gets shot with the bottle caps of previous beers. The test is to catch your first one alone. Only then may you partake of the malted barley and hops.

Geist, at least the program you use to check PDFs doesn't constantly crash when you are trying to search through it....10 times in a row, with different documents.
Sounds like you need an updated version of whatever PDF program you are using.
I know my computer needs some updates, but IT hasn't done it yet(even talked to them about it the other week too...)

Also, speaking of kitties, a new fun, endearing, cute, and //dare I say it\\ adorable stray kitten wandered up yesterday after we got back from vacation. Marble, our old war cat and current reigning queen of the manor for the last 17 years or so, hissed as loud as her old lungs can bear just to get her point across about how much she loved him as well. In a nutshell: this sucks. Our beloved lovable senior is shaking her cane at the amazing little kitten! And possibly casting spells and evil-eyes when she thinks we're not looking; she tends to do that too.
We would have no problem with the stray kitten if he didn't steal Marble's food and come up to her to sniff her. If she can see him, she hisses, even walking away from her treats she loves. So I walk back up to her with the treats so she can finish them and the stray follows me, she hisses, pisses, and walks away, and the cycle repeats. She's running out of places to moodily stomp away to.
@Zem: You could always pick up the little tyke and keep him away from the treats and Ms. Marble while she enjoys her treats.
That's what I did today. Brought him around to the back of the house, but by the time I got back to the door, he bounded up the porsche.
Or porch. I'm still not clear on which is really which. I still say our house has a porshce out front and a patio in back.
