@GM, Ouch! My issue is that some (genius) engineer thinks that they can get 18, 220ft loops of pipe out of 10 400ft coils, without needing couplings (which is a major no no) for a snowmelt design!

That's as far as I read down. Longest, most BS day of the season so far for a multitude of reasons. Basically, life sucks. And they kept us there so long that I now have less than 3 hours at home before sleeping till 4:30 am and doing it again tomorrow, hopefully not for such a long, horrible day again, though it's still supposed to be that hot again. Less than three hours, not including time for showering, preparing for tomorrow...

You know, I'm just detasseling to give the rest of you something to look at your own jobs in a new light with. Whereas you have air conditioning, good lunch places or whatever you bring, chairs, even offices, and the worst you have to worry about is people who don't understand the calendar system and applications to paperwork, and engineers who can't count to 18,220, I have direct sunlight causing major sunburns anywhere exposed, a legal minimum, it seems, of 100 heat index, usually >110 to be safe, junk food lunches and 10 minutes to eat them, corn, and some of "those kids", the 12-14 year old @$$#@!&$ that are away from their parents seemingly for the first time and with their best friends causing no end of trouble. Oh, and nasty dirt and dust is inescapable. It's better than it used to be though; I could write a horror novel. Call it like "Children in the Corn" or something like that.

Bad, good, awesome part of being back on KS is that I start looking at campaigns...and of course, find something I just can't resist.
There's "The Midnight Legion: Operation Deep Sleep" a hybrid of book and 1-2 player RPG set far far in the future. They had me at Postapocalyptic aside from the whole book puzzle gaming mystery thing :) I did suggest to them to check out EK regarding their social media and community building awesomeness! Go #WakeUP! and check it out. @Geist, He's doing great! The incision on his abdomen looks to be all sealed up now, and his bum seems to be healed up as well, its only been a week! On monday we should be able to get the stitches and staples out! I felt pretty bad last night though. It was our band practice night and usually my dog likes to run around chasing the relections off of our instruments, but because he's healing, and I didn't want him opening anything back up, he had to stay upstairs. :( Poor puppy! TL:DR, he's awesome!

For example: I always order the Pad See Ew at whatever Thai restaurant I'm at. Afterwards Cafe in D.C. has a New Orleans Fettuccine that I almost always order. At Ted Turner's steak house, I always order New York strip steak (medium rare) with mashed potatoes and broccoli.

I'm concerned because I am actually moving to a different state on July 31st. Based on the shipping schedule, I should receive it literally the day that I move. But is it safer to have it shipped to my new place? Please let me know if I need to change my survey.

BaKhan, same here. I also don't trust myself and need to get up asap. I did have a backup alarm set. Should have known that the fluffies wouldn't let me get any extra shut-eye.
Still have to work today, but every other Friday I work at 8 instead of 7.

@Evee, It's too late to change an address with them. But when you get your message saying that your cards are shipped, you might be able to let the shipping company know of your new address.
Also, I doubt you will have your cards by July 31.

Trust me Trinkets. Stealing a golden calf from the local museum is no walk in the park. All the planning and equipment you have to buy...I'm sure this game is worth it. It has to be.

@Geist, I meant trinket, as in small, usless, shiney thing, maybe with (but usually not) a function, that demands you waste money on it, not our dear friend and loyal corps member Trinkets! Thanks for the answers! i had a pie in the sky hope i would have it for next weekend as i am going on a cottage trip and it would have been nice to have but that is ok. Just can't wait to get the game :)

What would you guys pick as your favourite dinner?
@BaKhan: I don't really have a favorite. It really depends on where I am eating. I have favorite dishes at different restaurants.
For example: I always order the Pad See Ew at whatever Thai restaurant I'm at. Afterwards Cafe in D.C. has a New Orleans Fettuccine that I almost always order. At Ted Turner's steak house, I always order New York strip steak (medium rare) with mashed potatoes and broccoli.
And for those of you who, like me are grammar Nazis, the word is not "smited". It is "Smote"
@PoT, I don't think any follower of the Oatmeal has any chance of not being a grammar Nazi... ;)
@Geist, What is in the "New Orleans Fettuccine"? New York strip is always delish, especially when butter brushed, however I would like it better with sauted mushrooms and carmalized carrots! ;) Not a huge potato fan, unless they are deep fried in some way, chips, french fries, etc.

A local seafood place serves a dish of butternut squash ravioli in an Alfredo sauce with seared scallops.
I swear when you take your first bite you can hear angels singing.
@PoT, sounds similar to a butternut squash fettuccine that I discovered on a weekend trip to Banff. It was so good, it had chicken, butternut squash and roasted fennel! It was like a ray of light from the heavens would envelope you each bite!
I feel the same way about a good peach cobbler.
Cannot wait to get the game. I'm hoping that cause their being shipped from LA that I'll get mine before I go out of town next weekend so I can take it with me.
