why is the shipping price Worldwide is 20$? I mean that's really expensive for such a small package.
I think that considering the amount of people supporting the project from all around the world, the price should be around 10$ which is the actual price for shipping (let's say from where I live, which is Israel, to the USA and probably the other way around).

Maybe a nice little thing to do is make all the Kickstarter decks have maybe a "First Print" packaging or something indicating they're the first set to go out, maybe also make the collector's boxes look a little more glamorous for them (i'm not a collector's backer btw, just thinking up nicities).
Simple little solutions to give us extra without having to add exponentially extra time to the production.
