Golden Brown is the sweet spot as it were.... One of my favorites is to caramelize some onion then fry up some granny smith apples and potatoes.... is awesomo....

I have no issue with 3D printing, I have used them extensively. I jus think the consumer versions "aren't there yet". I've used stereolithed parts, personally. Plus, the PLA plastic the printers use is cornstarch based. It won't hold up.
