@Creeper: I saw "crazy cook who can't understand how people don't rotate things properly" in the mirror every day for almost three years. Nothing went bad before being served to the customers...but some of the sauces came a little close...not to mention all the wasted stock from people leaving it out overnight. Or the deep fryer that was left on all night...that one pissed me off the most since I had to clean the fryer the next morning.
