@Potatten: I have a couple bottles of good scotch at home, along with some rum, vodka, and wine(one of which I REALLY should drink...I've had it since 2009..and I think it's a 2005 Casa D'Insua Dao. Could be wrong, long time since I read the label...though I know exactly where it is).

Also, I'm handling my need for a drink via another vice. Chocolate Covered Raisins. Bought them yesterday at the airport for a snack on the plane...tried to sleep instead(never did get any sleep...but my eyes were well rested).

Yeah, I was hoping it's keeping his house warm. Ugh. I just hate that he has to stay out there. If he only knew he could have a warm human lap and a heated blanket if he came Inside!!
He might not be bothered as much by the cold as we are though. He might actually enjoy the bit of cold that reaches him in his house. Who knows though, one day he may just follow you inside, or run in when you aren't looking if the door is open slightly.
One day he'll be like "screw this outdoor stuff" and sneak his way in when you aren't paying attention. He probably already feels like he's living [in the lap of luxury].

I just put some real tuna on the counter, a little trail from the sill,and sat in the living room. He's so funny with tuna- thinks it's a delicacy - he grabs a piece and runs every time. He was on the counter for a bit though, sniffing around. Then pieced out.

I see some snow-covered footprints leading to his house. I'm guessing he's curled up in there now. I gave him a hot meal earlier today.
At least some of the snow had a layer of ice over it- so the kitties aren't falling all the way in when they walk.
