Looks like D.C. is getting a cat cafe. The KS for it started yesterday and they are only $2 grand away from their goal already. I opted for the "write you ex's name on a letterbox" tier. I might double that since there are two people at the top of my list who need to get pooped on a daily bases.

@ Creeper. PT hasn't been as awful as I expected. Actually the whole thing hasn't been as awful as I expected. There is a range of motion machine I'm supposed to use for four hours every day that is very tedious, and so far I've only managed four full hours once since I got home, but I usually get more than three hours on it. The therapist is this adorable little woman from the Philippines, and when she stretches my knee (especially the hyper extension) it is painful, but she is so damn cute and cheerful I find impossible to threaten her successfully.

hahaha...Glad to hear it's not too bad. It really does help when you actually like your therapist. I went through to when dealing with my back. One just annoyed me - so I never wanted to do the work. The other became a good friend.

Well definitely stick with it PoT! It will help you to do it for sure. I know a large number of people that haven't, and they usually end up paying for it with new found hip pain because they aren't walking properly because they skipped out on the therapy.

I am determined to stick with the PT even though exercise and I have never really been on speaking terms. I have a lot of crap to accomplish this year and I need to be able to get around in order to do it. Plus next year I plan to have the other knee replaced and if this new knee isn't fully operational it is going to make the whole process even more difficult.

You could always have cement injected into your rump -- that would give you a butt-bump.
My knee Creeper. It is a magically weather device that tells me how much moisture is in the air and how much the pressure changes through popping (like cracking a knuckle), aches, and pain. Hurricane Sandy rendered me useless when it came through.... Most of the time it doesn't bother me enough to care though. The winter/spring and summer/fall transitions aren't exactly pleasant though.
