Oh yeah, he's learning to eat while I do things near the window. although, when I drop stuff (which happens quite often) he'll bolt. But he has come a long way from Running out of the yard when i opened the window and now coming back for an hour. :)

It certainly takes a long time to earn a cats trust. That he gets that close to you is a great sign! A lot of our out door cats were like that. They'll let you pet them eventually, but it can take a long time. Stick with it with patience!
Well you could get with a local gaming store there and see what you and they can throw together! That's what Table Top Day is for. For anyone that doesn't know this will also fall into the same time as Table Top Day! Talk with your local gaming places about this and other stuff!

I have no idea what to make a youtube video of though. I don't want to just be sitting at my computer with screaming kids in the background, trying to tell the world why I'm awesome and should be picked, when it's apparent from the dark, messy room and half-naked toddler trying to fly off the couch, that I am clearly not that awesome.
Correction: Table Top Day is a celebratory day for nerds to get out, get social, and get nerdy with it (by playing games)
Gaming Stores are for gatherings outside in a public area for gaming purposes.

Well you could talk to them about it. Say something along the lines that if you pull it off you would be bringing them clientele. If there's a gaming store there they'd love the crap out of this!

Run to your game shop, shout into a camera histerically, and boom! DONE! You can do it Tchotchke! We believe in you! It's only 40-60 secs of video needed! You can do that with a phone on the fly!
It's a swift email Tchotchke. And if it's not TOO big you may not even have to. I HIGHLY doubt they'd say no unless it clashed with one of their own events. It would be a boon for business after all.
