i know. I really held off on backing for awhile. But it stuck in my head quite a bit. I love the look of it, and really enjoy books like that. I dropped a pretty penny on a huge limited edition Tim Burton book of his work.. Got it when his exhibit was at the Moma, and now i can see it's on Ebay for much more (*phew!*). I just love that style. So I panicked when I thought that maybe this campaign had ended, and took it as a sign that I should just jump in... and I have a few days to take it back if i regret it.

it's definitely a gamble! I think Prynt will be the only tech thing I'll try out. Too many risks with teh tech group. Some are projects that my friends have created, so i backed them for support. But I'm done for awhile now. and yeah... i really should block backer's hub...it's a dangerous thing to see. BUT! Did you see the Pearl?? It's pretty neat! Cannot afford... but cool idea...

@Potatten: They freeze accounts in a heart beat and then tell you to not bother asking them to unfreeze it because they won't. I'm not hard on it like I use to be. (I played everyday and was part of a guild) Mostly a couple of games and all. They had layoffs at the company not long ago and I thought for sure that would be the end of the site.
They should still have had to give you a reason why.

Yeah- very grateful for my neighbors! There was a leak in the gas pipe leading up to my apartment. My landlord smelled it yesterday, we did the soap test. So someone has to come tomorrow and redo the pipes. Kiiiinda wish they could have sealed the leak (on a joint) with something until then. But-I can't really complain when it comes to gas leaks. We're pretty close to where that building blew up last year.
Ok- this dice thing is ridiculous!!! How does kickstarter let this go through?!? I'm so annoyed.

So I dutifully backed it, added a few pointed comments, and then cancelled my pledge. It's all I will do this time. Well, I did report him to KS again as a repeat person having been deleted previously. It seems from some discussions on BGG though, that getting campaigns closed at KS for such offenses are relatively minor.
