Well email GCoD everything you want on it and the images or logos you used. It's easier to get it done that way. You SHOULD also be able to place a large order and have it shipped to multiple locations..... that's a little trickier.

I suspect it would be more the actual time to turn-around an order ... not the shipping time. It claims they'd come from Tennessee ... takes still three days minimum by most services to me

Standard business shipping is 2-5 days in most cases, and doesn't run later than 14. This does not factor in product creation. It's a simple print job though, making the pens isn't actually complicated if you have the tools which is why you can get them relatively cheaply. Thirteen days until the seventh, it is reasonable.

Nope, pen body has to be white. I'm not sure if the Oatmeal logo would be acceptable, but the Coat of Paws works just fine.
YEs, you can choose white as the barrel color ... and some colors for the trim (front and rear parts)

My chiming in is - i would like a dark green trim, if possible. If either logo doesnt add to the time, I'd also prefer that.

3 to 5 day shipping if done tomorrow would get them here on the first. I imagine they would get there between the third and the 5th.
