Derp, you act like I've never done this before. We do this quite a bit actually. We'll also stay with our cousins in Denver for a day before and after backpacking, and the next week we'll be taking our exchange student to some sites in western Nebraska.
We're going to western colorado because it's basically Utah: warm, dry desert, not freezing overnight and cloudy and rainy/snowy like on this side of the Rockies.

I went to an Indian buffet. Lots of tasty grub plus a creamy custard like dessert made with rice and golden raisins. Pretty cheap at $12.00 per person.
What did you have for lunch today GM? Still no BBQ?

@Geist: Nothing yet, it's still sitting in my back pack...right beside me. Might go eat here in a few moments...especially since we finished going through all the employee files that were sent to us from our Houston office...and boy were there a lot...now we have probably 200-400 empty file folders, and another 100-150 that we need to figure out where we are putting them(terminated employees).

400 terminated employees? I take it this is going back some years, not a mass layoff.
Going back years. We have 880+ profiles in the system, and at least half of them are terminated or on leave of absence. And that's just for the one company, there is the second one too. Also, almost all the employees had multiple files(usually with nothing in the extra files...)

Ah. I was thinking that someone got fired because they were shtupping the bosses wife in the parking lot. Or in the case of a supervisor I had years ago, an employee was making off with some of the office equipment.
Most of them(as far as I know) are people resigning, being terminated due to a reduction in force, misconduct while on the job, misuse of company property, or failing to meet the expected job performance while in their probationary period.

Many years ago, I had a supervisor that got fired for sending x rated love notes to the secretary of one of the partners. The fact that he would leave such blatant evidence against him has puzzled me for years. Never mind that this is the same guy who was such a holy rolling Christian that he would bring his Bible material to work with him.
Went to check the bike tires at the nearest gas station. Wound up in the forest near a restaurant (there was traffic as it's a narrow road, parking full, guards syncing the traffic with walkie-talkies and idiots can't turn around their fancy cars, and two other idiots on bikes), had a smoke, checked out the trails while there was still light and collected three stinkies on one tire. Returned via backstreets with inclination leveled at Inquisition, had a smoke with the stray cat and now waiting impatiently for food.
