The NSFW packs are there for those who would like extra decks of the NSFW cards, but do not want to pay for the box and standard decks.
So, Yes, the special edition box and the NSFW decks combined are the same as the package deal. But you now have the option of adding an extra NSFW deck for a friend, or ordering a standard deck for a family member (kid's christmas gift?)

Sorry I missed your post earlier. You can select the 3rd option to get the $35 package that you backed. The first two options are for the standard deck (with box) and any extra NSFW decks that you would want. So you could pick option 3 and then include option 2 as well so that you can give a NSFW deck to a friend.
Picking option 1&2 will be the same as option #3.

Just a note on the reward claims survey. At the $35 there are two options available: you can select the $20 original pack which includes the SECRET SURPRISE and the $15 NSFW deck as separate items... or you can click on the $35 combined option. Interesting point, the combined option does not list the inclusion of the SECRET SURPRISE.

It might have slipped the text on the site, but if you look at the project page, ALL backers who backed for a standard $20 deck, $35 NSFW(which includes the standard deck) or MORE will ALL receive the Deck+NSFW+Box+Surprise.
If you want more surprises, order mroe standard decks on your survey. If you want more fun, order more NSFW decks. If you want to explode from kitteny goodness, order more $35 Package deals.

Yeah, it was raining from everywhere, even sideways. I plugged my ears. I was so freaked out I held the brakes for five minutes until my leg hurt :)
And then it had five more minutes of hell.
This one was a good 35minutes of driving, we couldn't even see the road for more than 5-10 feet in front of the car.
A car out of three was with broken windows. Shops are still working on the queue, a year later.
