Hey folks, anyone still unable to find their invites, you can pop over tohttps://explodingkittens.pledgemanager.com/projects/explodingkittens/ and click the "request new invite" button to send yourself a new one. Be sure and use your original Kickstarter email address. You should have a shiny new invite in < 5 minutes! Be sure and check out the "Some things to help you find your invite" section on the re-invite page once you pop in your email address. Lots of tips in case your email box likes eating kitten-related emails.
NOTE: If you changed your email between the end of this project (end of February) and now, you'll need to contact support and have them change it for you so they can send you an invite to your new email address.
Check your Spam/junk folders and in Gmail look in your promotions tab, or search your inbox for "Exploding Kittens"

Officially panicking. Never got survey. Tried resend link, no dice. Emailed support, sent support request through Pledgemanager website too. DID get emails back from those saying my email was received. One says "Due to the high volume of support requests we're experiencing, it may take a little longer than usual for us to reply. Don't worry: we will get to you even if it means pushing past the survey deadline."
Guy - pushing past the survey deadline does not instill confidence in my issue being handled. I'm sad, I'm frustrated. Someone else please tell me I'm not lost in the shuffle. I have a backer #, and was charged the initial pledge, so I've got to be in there somewhere.

@Rob Usdin You say that you emailed suport but you don't say whether you first tried the "Request new invite" link for PledgeManager - if you didn't get the first invite to the survey then the easiest first step is just to get the automated system to send you a new one.
For eveyone worrying whether they filled in the PledgeManager survey correctly, you *can* just log back into PledgeManager and check - if you bothered to set a password for your account you can log in directly at
wait for the automated system to send a new email invite (and for your peace of mind, se your password so you can get in easily next time).
As with *any* website, if you start getting error 500s then just back off, let the load ease and try again later.

Calm down everyone, freaking out does no good. For those that experienced an increase in postage they said that was an estimate, which is the best they could give. If it went up because you purchased more stuff, well... duh. Shipping is not something they were ever in control of, just going to have to deal with that issue.
@Rob: To clarify, you are looking at the email you used with KS when the campaign was backed? Have you performed a search of your inbox for the either the word EXPLODING or KITTENS? Gmail also has a promotions tab where it can hide things as well. For that you have to go to your inbox and click the settings gear in the upper right. Click on configure inbox and make sure promotions is checked. Though it is obvious and probably has been done, make sure to check the spam folder.
If you have done it properly you will receive an email with "here is your confirmation for Exploding Kittens" in the regarding line, and a receipt will be in the email.
The receipt email will also show you what it was you selected with the survey. Make sure what you want was in fact selected. (This is what the last update email was referring to)
So quite... almost like I'm talking to myself. Did the Zombie apocolypse happen when I wasn't looking? Should I bring my flame-thrower with me when I head to the gym, or can I just leave it at home.... Hmm, just like the weather there is no knowing.

Evan- I have done ALL OF THAT. Multiple searches, all kinds of ways, checked Spam. Had Promotions off, and turned it on to see if it turned up there. Checked my deleted items, checked All Mail - EVERYTHING. Even after twice trying to use the "Request New Invite" link - nothing shows up. Email's not changed since the campaign started.

Very well, when most people say all though they don't generally think to do an advanced search instead of just a normal one. It's easier to just take things step by step. Also you have to account for the fact that people were emailing them complaining and freaking out BEFORE they finished sending them all out. That will have created a problem. They have to sort through all of THOSE emails first before actually getting to the latter ones, even if those people who were just impatient already got and completed the survey. Definitely get into contact with them at Support@explodingkittens.com and also use the contact me button above. You may have to be patient, people are going to be blowing up their inbox even if there isn't a problem. One final thing to note, I've had problems with Gmail itself this last week with them sending things untimely. It isn't all on the EK team, some of it is also on googles side as well. If you don't get this sorted out today, I will dig much deeper into the issue and see what we KC members can do to help sort this out more effectively.

Correct LZ! It's not like they are going to not give you what you requested if you can't help getting it in later, you will still get it. They are just trying to maintain the deadline to get it done as quickly as possible. The deadline is simply to ensure you get it as soon as they are able to get it to you. If problems arise they will be dealt with and you will get your product. Problems will always arise when dealing with as many people as they have to send surveys to. There are a LOT of factors involved here.

GCoD Gmail has been funky in the last week and it can very easily stick an email somewhere where you can't find it. Gmail has several kinds of tabs it hides unless you tell it to show them. A search would stick search those tab boxes. Quit being ornery about a real techincal problem people are actually dealing with. Yeah, I'm not buying it, that is, the functionality of Gmail over AOL. I think a program that makes decisions for you where your mail goes would suck. Then on top of that, hides it from you in hidden folders. Not happening for me ... grump grump grump. Plus, after nearly 25 years, folks can -still- find me at my same old address.
You customize it, it is what you make it. It's really easy to sort things out on Gmail. You can have email forwarded to a new address: that argument isn't valid. I'm not saying their bad, you're just being contrary. There are ups and downs to all of them. I prefer Gmail because I like function over form. Learn to use it and there is no problem. Again, there is also the image and the fact that Gmail has a purpose outside of email: Linking itself to an extremely useful calender systems and various other features and website including youtube.

So....I heard from Support directly on Twitter when I tweeted at them. Somehow my email address had gotten truncated with the export/import from/to Kickstarter to PledgeManager. They have no idea how this happened as I never changed my email address through the entirety of the project (and previous - I've not touched my email address since joining Kickstarter). So there was obviously some technical weirdness happening. If it happened to me it's certainly possible it happened to others.

FYI folks - you can totally turn off the Promotions (and all those other tabs) in GMail by just using only "Primary" in the Inbox configuration. It takes it back to a simple plain jane Inbox. (Said the GMail Google Apps trainer who taught 1500 people how to use GMail last year).

@Rob glad it worked out for you! You certainly aren't the only one with tech issues. Also I don't even use the tab system, I use the [important first] inbox type. So everything just goes to the same place. Settings->Inbox->Inbox Type->anything other than default.

@Idle: That is odd. I added an extra combo box and on NSFW deck. It said I owed an extra $50 (the price of the extra box and pack) but nothing else. I don't think I paid extra for shipping charges.
You are in the states Geist, unless you are having it shipped outside of the US you shouldn't owe anything if you are just picking one of the three options available. You might want to contact EK team. (The NSFW package deal give you one of everything without needing to select both the SFW and NSFW option, which will alter shipping negatively)

I was able to have bought one of the demo decks to Awesome Con. There were plenty of people in the table top game room trying out new card games. I'm sure I could have gotten more peeps hooked on the game and maybe gotten some people to join the K Corps.
Would be nice if it got the 250k for English voice acting, but even if it's just English text, with Japanese voices, will still be good.

Not sure what my total was...but I don't mind paying the extra $20(just under really) for it. Especially since some are presents, some are orders from friends, and some are going into hiding.

All but one of the boxes I ordered are for people who hadn't gotten in on the KS campaign. The extra single deck is for me to take with me to various gaming parties and such.
Not when you're checking in on 3 different projects(this one, Tokyo Dark, and Bloodstained). Though, there are tons of arguments in the Bloodstained on about wanting this, or that, or something else, from the Castlevania series, since it's being made by Koji Igarashi(godfather of Castlevania), even though it's supposed to be set in a completely different world/era.

Yeah, I'm not buying it, that is, the functionality of Gmail over AOL. I think a program that makes decisions for you where your mail goes would suck. Then on top of that, hides it from you in hidden folders. Not happening for me ... grump grump grump. Plus, after nearly 25 years, folks can -still- find me at my same old address.
You customize it, it is what you make it. It's really easy to sort things out on Gmail. You can have email forwarded to a new address: that argument isn't valid. I'm not saying their bad, you're just being contrary. There are ups and downs to all of them. I prefer Gmail because I like function over form. Learn to use it and there is no problem. Again, there is also the image and the fact that Gmail has a purpose outside of email: Linking itself to an extremely useful calender systems and various other features and website including youtube.
Well if the request doesn't give you what you're looking for email and the search doesn't turn up anything contact. Support@explodingkittens.com for help. If they receive your email you will get an email saying they received it and will get back to you. If you do not get THAT you may want to contact your ISP and ask them about not receiving an expected email because they are probably the problem. They could be blocking it on their side as well.
The last thing I want is my email server tracking me around the web. Targeted ads are bad enough as it is.

quiet in here today....
So....I heard from Support directly on Twitter when I tweeted at them. Somehow my email address had gotten truncated with the export/import from/to Kickstarter to PledgeManager. They have no idea how this happened as I never changed my email address through the entirety of the project (and previous - I've not touched my email address since joining Kickstarter). So there was obviously some technical weirdness happening. If it happened to me it's certainly possible it happened to others.

Hopefully other people affected by this or similar issues will now be sorted out.
FYI folks - you can totally turn off the Promotions (and all those other tabs) in GMail by just using only "Primary" in the Inbox configuration. It takes it back to a simple plain jane Inbox. (Said the GMail Google Apps trainer who taught 1500 people how to use GMail last year).

@Rob glad it worked out for you! You certainly aren't the only one with tech issues. Also I don't even use the tab system, I use the [important first] inbox type. So everything just goes to the same place. Settings->Inbox->Inbox Type->anything other than default.

That would be a wild shipping Tsveta. They don't really have much control over that. Just adding more stuff will do that. An extra $5 isn't too bad though honestly. @Idle: That is odd. I added an extra combo box and on NSFW deck. It said I owed an extra $50 (the price of the extra box and pack) but nothing else. I don't think I paid extra for shipping charges.
You are in the states Geist, unless you are having it shipped outside of the US you shouldn't owe anything if you are just picking one of the three options available. You might want to contact EK team. (The NSFW package deal give you one of everything without needing to select both the SFW and NSFW option, which will alter shipping negatively)

So I actually pledged 85, that being two combos and 15 shipping. And there it is, the 5 additional shipping. Eh, I want my kittens yesterday.
I was able to have bought one of the demo decks to Awesome Con. There were plenty of people in the table top game room trying out new card games. I'm sure I could have gotten more peeps hooked on the game and maybe gotten some people to join the K Corps.

@GM, I had to jump in with an extra order of 3 decks for interested parties, bringing my total up to 8 as well. Shipping on that was $62. :O
Not sure what my total was...but I don't mind paying the extra $20(just under really) for it. Especially since some are presents, some are orders from friends, and some are going into hiding.

Not when you're checking in on 3 different projects(this one, Tokyo Dark, and Bloodstained). Though, there are tons of arguments in the Bloodstained on about wanting this, or that, or something else, from the Castlevania series, since it's being made by Koji Igarashi(godfather of Castlevania), even though it's supposed to be set in a completely different world/era.
