Speaking of Jeff: We rarely flood the comments and don't answer. The literally one time that was a problem, it was with someone I had to answer the SAME ANSWER literally 8 times with different wording before he understood, and it was a simple, common problem. If he didn't get it then, he most likely was answered the first time and didn't even notice. He was just ignorant and didn't even check back in for days, so long that I had to look at his comments on his profile to find what he meant.
And don't worry about updates, they do it whenever there is something to update about, and more often than you apparently think. And I don't know what people you mean that are being condescending, passive aggressive, and talking bad about people that are having issues, but I sure haven't noticed it.

My roommate from this last year went on a work study to greece, but stopped in with friends to party in London and Norway. He has some crazy fun times. I just wish I could go back now that I'm 18. Or hell, even back to Canada. I know an amazing pub there too. But the best would be the original Brazen Head in Dublin. Possibly the greatest pub in the world, and one of the oldest too.

Same here. I'd just have a couple bottles of the strongest whiskey they had and pretend to do what I was doing before, watching people and talking to whoever I was with, but really just trying to maintain the balance needed to sit upright.
There's something to do for fun. Not the balance, watching people. Just like in a cafe or pub, or since I'm strongly introverted, at parties. Just watching how people act and interact and have fun. Sounds creepy, but it's really interesting and fun for an amateur sociologist. Or bored wallflower.

Or free flight benefits like my brother who works for Delta Airlines, and my parents who get benefits from him too. He literally went to South Korea for like 6 hours to see what it was like and has gone to several countries just for a day or two, or even for lunch.

The best reason. We covered 13 cities in 11 countries in about 2 weeks. Beat that. I was also like 12 or 13, so I couldn't have fun to the fullest.
I actually had my birthday in 3 countries that year! From Budapest, Hungary, on the train to and stayed in Zagreb, Croatia for the day, and then at night went to Ljubljana, Slovenia. I still hold the record in my family for most places in one birthday, though not most places to celebrate it. Though this year it was on a cliff while backpacking.
