How is someone commenting that they have not received their survey a problem?

The problem is that there is not a current update, that tells people what to do if they still have issues.
-The last update says this: "If your shopping cart is empty when we end the survey, you won't get the reward you backed on Kickstarter!"
- and this: Remember: the survey ends on Sunday, June 7th
- Elan Lee has not commented since June 2nd.
-The Survey ended 11 days ago, it will be July in 12 days. That is why people are upset, complaining, and concered.
- Is it really to much to ask for an update, that has the appropriate information, so that people can get the help that they need?

Is there a known issue with the survey? I got a email back on May 25th to confirm my pledge which I did and got a receipt for. Today I got a email saying I have not picked my pledge and had me re enter my pledge to receive my decks. Now I'm freaking out that I won't get my two decks now. I have problems staying awake anyways during exams and coffee doesn't wake me up, just relaxes me and, and only in extreme scenarios, cause severe crashes. Nothing in between. It actually helps me sleep. Until I wake up. The other day I had 2 of my double-large cup just before bed and when I woke up I peed for 1:30. Not even my record, but considering there's actually a "law of urination" meaning the average time for mammals is 20 seconds every time...

@GM, they often toss Priority Mail on the first outbound flight going in the general direction of delivery. From there it goes to specific sorting centers and hubs. It makes little sense except in a global pattern we can't understand.

I do too, but it's to see our exchange student off, so it's not annoying. Big last breakfast together and then sending him off to feel really weird in his own home. Only to travel to Italy just as he gets back into the swing of things. Then come back from there just as his school starts again.
That will be interesting for him. I'm not sure how I would handle that type of situation honestly.
And here I am, not wanting to be home, since I have NOTHING to do(and won't even be able to play the early access because SE sucks donkey balls). Honestly, why do companies, that have larger counts of players online during the evenings and weekends have NO staff on hand to help with support? I won't get a response to the email I submitted(almost 2 hours ago), until Monday. I can't log in because the stupid thing keeps telling me(after resetting to something extremely simple that a 2 year old could figure out in a second) is wrong....I might just play a few more months, until my subscription is up, and say "Get your shit together, you have 1-2k more people on EVERY WEEKEND than on weekdays, yet you have ZERO SUPPORT ON WEEKENDS!" and call it quits.

All 220,000 ish of them. I imagine when they done, they'll us know and there'll probably be photos involved (or video). Keep us informed....10 updates in 4 months. That's one every 12 days. If you say send me $$, and you will send someone a product, item, reward. Then the person who sent the money, is a customer. If you do not send the product, then you have violated laws, you are a criminal, and you can be prosecuted.

Now, if you feel a need to comment, and pretend that you know what you are talking about, then maybe you should do research about what is actually being talked about.

1) People are still having issues with the Survey.
2) People here are playing at being Customer Service, yet get upset, and make negative comments to people who are frustrated that they are having issues.
3) If the Creator would act like a profession, responsible person, and would give an update with all the information for people, in one place, right at the top of the site, then people who are upset could have the information that they need, to get their issues fixed.
4) Then the whiners here can stop complaining that people are commenting that they are having issues, and they do not know who to contact to get help.
5) If the people here, would stop defending the creator, and contact them, and have them post an update with the information so that people have a one stop place to get the information that they need, then they will not have to ask questions on what they need to get help.
6) Really, it is that freaking simple, yet people still do not get it. WTF???

@Jeff Go to the Campaign tab, the word written at the top? R E W A R D, I don't see it saying Shopping Cart. You're being rewarded with a product that isn't readily available to the general public. Hence, you're being rewarded with stuff for providing funds to a crowdfunding website not making purchases. This is the difference between spending money on crowdfunding and shopping online at Walmart.

The site allows users to post projects and request funding from the general public only in exchange for non-financial "rewards" — recognition or samples of the product, for instance, as determined by the project’s creator. Though contributions sometimes entitle backers to a product once it’s finished, Kickstarter’s founders emphasize that “Kickstarter is not a store” but rather a “new way for creators and audiences to work together to make things,” according to its blog. So I repeat you are not a customer. You are an investor who is being given a sample of the completed product (Once It Is FINISHED)
Your complaint that they are not communicating is erroneous. They post every week and a half which is a heck of a lot more than other projects. Secondly is it so hard to press the "contact me" button on his profile if you want more info? This is assuming that the link to the FAQ that they sent with the original survey (which literally covers every possibility) isn't enough to assuage your paranoia that you are some how being duped. Ultimately where is the problem? They let us know that the game is printing. They are still well within they're deadline (which is still a month and a week away) They provided information and access up the ying yang. And just to be clear here. You are going to toss a perfectly good game that you funded because some fans on a forum (not anyone that has anything to do with the project) were condescending because they thought you were being a jerk? (You really need to look up what passive aggressive means) That is a special kind of DRAMA. I'm sorry you've decided not to enjoy a perfectly good game. You have direct contact to the creator of the game (everyone does)....everything else is dross. I do not believe that the Exploding Kittens team has failed you in anyway. Denver is nice, PoT. Welcome back! Sorry, I'm studying for an exam tomorrow, so I won't be here much tonight. And TEP hopefully went to sleep finally, leaving me as the only evening person recently. While in Denver, did you see a whale? You should have kicked derp and told him to come back.
I just realized the campaign ended Feb. 19th. Tomorrow will be 4 FREAKING MONTHS SINCE IT ENDED! Plus a month before that for the time it ran! It's been so long, guys! It really doesn't feel like it!
In that time, this was my gateway kickstarter. Now I've helped a card game, a board game, and 2 movies! (both movies on indiegogo)
How is someone commenting that they have not received their survey a problem?

The problem is that there is not a current update, that tells people what to do if they still have issues.
-The last update says this: "If your shopping cart is empty when we end the survey, you won't get the reward you backed on Kickstarter!"
- and this: Remember: the survey ends on Sunday, June 7th
- Elan Lee has not commented since June 2nd.
-The Survey ended 11 days ago, it will be July in 12 days. That is why people are upset, complaining, and concered.
- Is it really to much to ask for an update, that has the appropriate information, so that people can get the help that they need?
Is there a known issue with the survey? I got a email back on May 25th to confirm my pledge which I did and got a receipt for. Today I got a email saying I have not picked my pledge and had me re enter my pledge to receive my decks. Now I'm freaking out that I won't get my two decks now. Any information on this would be great. :) thank you.
With the kind of money they made, why can't they expedite shipping!!!!!

I have problems staying awake anyways during exams and coffee doesn't wake me up, just relaxes me and, and only in extreme scenarios, cause severe crashes. Nothing in between. It actually helps me sleep. Until I wake up. The other day I had 2 of my double-large cup just before bed and when I woke up I peed for 1:30. Not even my record, but considering there's actually a "law of urination" meaning the average time for mammals is 20 seconds every time...

Okay...this is confusing me...why the hell would the package I'm supposed to get before the release date(June 23) go from Miami, to Houston, to VANCOUVER?!...I mean, it takes less time, and money, to ship something from Houston to Calgary than to Vancouver. I don't think sending it further, then back to me, counts as priority shipping. -.-
But it's a special trip! The package gets to see the states! When it gets to you it's enlightened and has had a great time. Don't you want that for your package? It's its last vacation before it's stuck forever in your house, you heartless person! ;)
@GM, they often toss Priority Mail on the first outbound flight going in the general direction of delivery. From there it goes to specific sorting centers and hubs. It makes little sense except in a global pattern we can't understand.
And now, my god damn ----ing password for the game isn't even working. I even CHANGED the password, and it's saying it's incorrect. Closed the game, restarted the game, restarted my system...and still the same shit message....SQUARE ENIX GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER!

I do too, but it's to see our exchange student off, so it's not annoying. Big last breakfast together and then sending him off to feel really weird in his own home. Only to travel to Italy just as he gets back into the swing of things. Then come back from there just as his school starts again.
That will be interesting for him. I'm not sure how I would handle that type of situation honestly.
And here I am, not wanting to be home, since I have NOTHING to do(and won't even be able to play the early access because SE sucks donkey balls). Honestly, why do companies, that have larger counts of players online during the evenings and weekends have NO staff on hand to help with support? I won't get a response to the email I submitted(almost 2 hours ago), until Monday. I can't log in because the stupid thing keeps telling me(after resetting to something extremely simple that a 2 year old could figure out in a second) is wrong....I might just play a few more months, until my subscription is up, and say "Get your shit together, you have 1-2k more people on EVERY WEEKEND than on weekdays, yet you have ZERO SUPPORT ON WEEKENDS!" and call it quits.

As a reminder, you are not a customer. You are not paying for a product. You are the funds of a crowd funding project sandwich. What's to keep informed? They're being printed. All 220,000 ish of them. I imagine when they done, they'll us know and there'll probably be photos involved (or video). Keep us informed....10 updates in 4 months. That's one every 12 days. What would be an appropriate number be. Update 121: Yep. Still printing.

Yay, derp! Europe is fun. There's the ocean, the channel, and some rivers, but not much for a whale. So you just went to europe and now you're going back to london? My parents still have you beat. I miss Europe.
When I tried to think of fun things in London, I for some reason could only think of the history of London, boring to most people, and other places in the british isles. I would love above all to go to Scotland so much, Ireland quite a bit, there's some things even in Wales, but though I love England I can't think of some places to go there.
If you say send me $$, and you will send someone a product, item, reward. Then the person who sent the money, is a customer. If you do not send the product, then you have violated laws, you are a criminal, and you can be prosecuted.

Now, if you feel a need to comment, and pretend that you know what you are talking about, then maybe you should do research about what is actually being talked about.

1) People are still having issues with the Survey.
2) People here are playing at being Customer Service, yet get upset, and make negative comments to people who are frustrated that they are having issues.
3) If the Creator would act like a profession, responsible person, and would give an update with all the information for people, in one place, right at the top of the site, then people who are upset could have the information that they need, to get their issues fixed.
4) Then the whiners here can stop complaining that people are commenting that they are having issues, and they do not know who to contact to get help.
5) If the people here, would stop defending the creator, and contact them, and have them post an update with the information so that people have a one stop place to get the information that they need, then they will not have to ask questions on what they need to get help.
6) Really, it is that freaking simple, yet people still do not get it. WTF???

@Jeff Go to the Campaign tab, the word written at the top? R E W A R D, I don't see it saying Shopping Cart. You're being rewarded with a product that isn't readily available to the general public. Hence, you're being rewarded with stuff for providing funds to a crowdfunding website not making purchases. This is the difference between spending money on crowdfunding and shopping online at Walmart.
I received my survey on Monday, 25 June, and immediately received the confirmation/receipt. I really can care less about the cards or the game. I am going to toss them as soon as they arrive.

The site allows users to post projects and request funding from the general public only in exchange for non-financial "rewards" — recognition or samples of the product, for instance, as determined by the project’s creator. Though contributions sometimes entitle backers to a product once it’s finished, Kickstarter’s founders emphasize that “Kickstarter is not a store” but rather a “new way for creators and audiences to work together to make things,” according to its blog. So I repeat you are not a customer. You are an investor who is being given a sample of the completed product (Once It Is FINISHED)
Your complaint that they are not communicating is erroneous. They post every week and a half which is a heck of a lot more than other projects. Secondly is it so hard to press the "contact me" button on his profile if you want more info? This is assuming that the link to the FAQ that they sent with the original survey (which literally covers every possibility) isn't enough to assuage your paranoia that you are some how being duped. Ultimately where is the problem? They let us know that the game is printing. They are still well within they're deadline (which is still a month and a week away) They provided information and access up the ying yang. And just to be clear here. You are going to toss a perfectly good game that you funded because some fans on a forum (not anyone that has anything to do with the project) were condescending because they thought you were being a jerk? (You really need to look up what passive aggressive means) That is a special kind of DRAMA. I'm sorry you've decided not to enjoy a perfectly good game. You have direct contact to the creator of the game (everyone does)....everything else is dross. I do not believe that the Exploding Kittens team has failed you in anyway.
