Yes, sort of. Me and some other folks from work did and Extras shoot for a shot where they needed some more people in the background.
Near the beginning of the movie, the main boys go into the Visitor's Center, and there's a big hologram in the center. As the camera tilts up to show it, you see there are balconies on the left and right. I'm on the top left in a hat and shorts. It goes by really fast, though, so you won't be able to pick me out, so don't sweat it. :)

You can see me standing in front watching the "art" being put on display as the camera pans the audience. 1) support@explodingkittens.com with the subject "CHANGE MAILING ADDRESS" so we can make sure that gets done as quickly as possible.
2) 2.5" × 3.5" or 63.5mm x 88mm
3) Shipping out around middle of July. That means it should be mid-late July when they should start showing up. It could very well be in August when you get yours, depending in where you live.(Check the last update, which you should have gotten emailed to you, or the update section. )
4) They are trying to get tracking numbers for everyone.

Hey Guys! I didn't recieve my backer survey and I'm very confused as to what happened to it. Will I still get my decks?
Jam, Did you check your spam filter? Did you contact support@explodingkittens.com ? Also look through the FAQ and other comments to see if your specific question is answered there. Otherwise, if you can't find your survey and all else fails, contact support up there and they will try their best to get you fixed up, though yours may ship late because you didn't fill out the survey near on time.

Answers to all questions you probably are about to ask (BTW, almost everything is answered for you somewhere in the FAQ):
1) support@explodingkittens.com with the subject "CHANGE MAILING ADDRESS" so we can make sure that gets done as quickly as possible.
2) 2.5" × 3.5" or 63.5mm x 88mm
3) Shipping out around middle of July. That means it should be mid-late July when they should start showing up. It could very well be in August when you get yours, depending in where you live.(Check the last update, which you should have gotten emailed to you, or the update section. )
4) They are trying to get tracking numbers for everyone.
