Evening 'Corps! Had to save the world again. It's safe for the moment. Will try and finish work on the map tonight if possible. Still need to find a way for Google not to throw my map away once I have updated it. By the looks of things you should find attempt #2 here:
Dropped the background map into the grey/gray zone so the names stand out more. I still have some e-mails to add (Explaitten, you are in the data list, just not uploaded to the map yet until I resolve the random 404 issue) and the bulk of the top 100 commentors. (commenters?)
KS was broken earlier. got a 503 page error.
Thanks to Dr P, Evil though he may be, he is willing to help out a neutral. Well done sir!
Next step after that would be to layer all data according to alignment, so you could switch off/on those that you want to see. Helps for crowded locations.

@Dr P, it amounts to the same thing, yes. but somehow google loses sync with my files and destroys them. The current attempt #2 appears stable. If I could post potatoes over the internet i would. sadly KS does not believe in the humble art of posting potatoes. only posting potato salads.
@GC, added 'e'. silly keyboard of mine+late/early morning hours.
On the thumbs/icon issue, google wants place marker icons to be jpg,png,bmp etc format, but not ico. I was looking for a different thumbnail for each aligment section. The non-aligned KS markers have the KS mini logo. That's why I used the oatmeal's KC logo at first (diff cooured backgrounds, red, green, blue was the final aim) until CB asked that I use the paws logo from the KC favicon in the taskbar of the browser. Which I could only pull as a FAV Icon file from the site. I can try the normal paws logo and see if google will re-size, it did with the oatmeal KC logo.
I would then still need a hosted image somewhere for google to link the marker to, as well as different colours/backgrounds for the alignments.
Still no potatoes. darn.

@Potatten: I needed to take some time off to go down and file guardianship paperwork plus I had to appear in person so that she could sign up for discounted cab rides in the city. I came in early and took a few hours to try and get this done. Even though I sent an email this morning, the supervisor said that he hadn't given permission and there was no way I could make up the hours. (Bullshit. There have been times when he let me go home early and claim the full amount of time) If it had been one of the permanent guys, he would have had no problem.

I got the black long sleeve shirt, the nicer quality one, with the white logo by Diamond Dan. The shirt is made by "Gildan" and is 100% cotton. The artwork is a tad fuzzy at its edges, and the thin black lines bleed a bit, but overall, I am happy with it.
@Creeper: I used to have that feeling of not wanting to come into work when I was doing two full time positions(part time each). But since I was promoted to just Payroll, life is so much easier...until next week when I go down to Houston to learn the US Payroll.

The fridge magnets came too, one of each logo, round. The Inman design is clipped somewhat, the outermost edges of the K, N, C, and S are clipped a tad, but it is readable and nice looking. They are also just made like a pin back button, but with a magnet put on instead.

I have a whole new set of managers at work. WHOLE new. I used to be the one that trained everyone one on their first and last day, and was sort of the go-to person between management and floor staff. Now the new managers barely talk to me. It hurts. And I was very angry and very bitter. Have been at the company for a long time. But turned the anger into being RIDICULOUSLY kind to my customers...so they all go to managers and tell them how much they loved me.
