How about grading them on a curve? They never expected this to get as big as it did. I've read other KS campaigns where people haven't gotten their stuff 3 years out. No updates, no nothing. And those are the ones that had wonderful flawless surveys. I believe they are doing the best that they can but if this turns into another Reading Rainbow f up, then so be it. I knew the danger I was getting into when I backed this.

Yeah, I agree with Geist. They definitely never expected this to blow so far out of proportion. They are probably still overwhelmed with everything, and with the amount of backers, I'm confident in saying that there are bound to be problems(anywhere from 5-10% could have received issues with the surveys/collection of funds).

Payroll. The managers need to approve that the hours and rates are accurate. Don't want to overpay anyone since it's harder to get the money back than to give them more for an underpayment.
The admin went, the manager is off site, and I wasn't informed that the other(new) admin was to be handling the verification of hours. The manager, or regional manager, is the only one who gets to see the whole who's getting paid what.
Wasn't really stress, since I have until tomorrow at noon. The stress is when it's 11:30am, and I'm STILL waiting on managers approvals, before I take it up to the next person who gets to look it over(all in all, we get 5 levels of checking it - me, site admin, my manager, site manager, and 2 VPs). No one gets paid any money until all 5 levels have seen, and approved, of it.
Anyways, time for me to head home...and stop and check in on my friends place. Talk to everyone(who is here/sees this) sometime either tomorrow(most likely) or later tonight.

So tired I forgot to check here for awhile. Just been watching youtube. Not videos, I just have youtube here and I'm in a staring ccontest with it. Man I'm tired.

What are you working on GM?
Payroll. The managers need to approve that the hours and rates are accurate. Don't want to overpay anyone since it's harder to get the money back than to give them more for an underpayment.
GM - ouch, and a bunch of people went on vacation? :/
The admin went, the manager is off site, and I wasn't informed that the other(new) admin was to be handling the verification of hours. The manager, or regional manager, is the only one who gets to see the whole who's getting paid what.
GM - Hah! Sounds about as organized as my old job... Sorry you had to deal with needless stress today!
Wasn't really stress, since I have until tomorrow at noon. The stress is when it's 11:30am, and I'm STILL waiting on managers approvals, before I take it up to the next person who gets to look it over(all in all, we get 5 levels of checking it - me, site admin, my manager, site manager, and 2 VPs). No one gets paid any money until all 5 levels have seen, and approved, of it.
Anyways, time for me to head home...and stop and check in on my friends place. Talk to everyone(who is here/sees this) sometime either tomorrow(most likely) or later tonight.
I keep forgetting to check here. It's just been the payroll stuff today, but still I feel left out because of youtube. YOUTUBE!!!!!! I love you!!!
@GM: It wasn't my idea. The placement agency requested that I have a Skype account and dial in at 4 pm today. If it weren't for the fact that I have an IPad, I would never have been able to do this. I couldn't connect with the interviewer but he was able to find my profile and connect with me. I'd rather meet face to face.
I think it'd be weird, but for someone like me it'd be better than the pressure of face to face. All the advantages you could have. You wouldn't even have to wear pants to the interview! ;)
I think I'd like that better, come to think of it. But best of all would be a text version where you could think before answering.
