Buy a beach house here in Nebraska; plenty of tornadoes, but not anything actually dangerous both in storms and people unless you're really unlucky. The worst part is that in the summer IT'S SO ********* HOT, DAMMIT!!!

No, you should've been charged right after it ended. You know, when everyone was saying, "Yes, my payment went through!"
You should definitely look back through your card's records to find if it was charged, and if not, contact support@explodingkittens.com to get it figured out. Also make sure you filled out the survey right.
Yeah, that's something that should have been charged right away when this project finished(within a day or two depending on location/bank/card carrier/etc). Since it hasn't been charged yet, you definitely need to get into contact with the team to find out what's going on.
