Dang it, finally found a forum that fixed the exact same problem I have trying to play Battle for Middle-Earth, a game from 2004, on my computer, but "The server is too busy at the moment. Please try again later." What, can they only handle foot-traffic or something? Doesn't seem like a place that would get overloaded with traffic every day during the day. It worked later last night, though.

I don't know why some people are impatient for the kitty cards. While we will most likely get the cards in August, that isn't much of a delay. One of the first campaigns I backed is 3 months over due and I don't think he will ever send out the merchandise this year.
Geist, once of the campaigns I backed is YEARS overdue(coming up on three years I believe). I was told(this past December) I would get a refund. Was told in May that it was in the mail. Left a comment calling the guy out as a pathological liar, and scammer(still haven't received ANYTHING from him).
Actually, there are two campaigns that I backed, which never delivered anything. One ended November 2012, the other December 2012. Both successful, both sent out updates saying merchandise arrived, yet 90-99% of backers got nothing. One even posted a picture of the product, on pallets, in his garage.
And after just checking, both those creators recently logged in(one which was supposed to refund logged in on Monday, the other back in June).

Come on, people. This was my first Kickstarter, yet I found my Pledge manager in the promotional/junk folder in my email. I know the cards haven't been shipped yet. I know what to do if I had needed to change my shipping address. Why is it so hard for other? Read the FAQ and the updates you were sent. Pretty simple.

Yup, and then there was another guy(I never did call him back...woops) who complained that the hours that were missed on the regular run, and then done on an off-cycle, we not the full amount he calculated(he forgot taxes come off ALL money earned).
Also, with those dice boxes, apparently "a few of the practice" ones made their way into the stack of finished products, and were sent out. We count at LEAST 9/11 that were mentioned as having been received being the wrong product.

Well, work was way better today. My delivery guy showed up today. Got to work on my dice tray prototype. Bought a new airbrush and airbrush hose on amazon. Preordered the Age of Ultron Dice Masters starter and some other dice. Cleaned up Stella's hairball that she threw up ten minutes ago. Took a shower. Ate supper. Meatloaf, roasted veggies, mac-n-cheese and dinner roll. Washed it down with a HUGE glass of high quality H2O. Mixing up a brandy old fashioned now. Either going to watch another episode of Chuck, episode of Firefly, paint some minis, clean the man-cave, or learn how to play a new game we just got...Space Cadets.

Well crap, even with my dad, who's worked with computers for decades, we couldn't figure out how the heck to fix Battle for Middle Earth. We found all the right data and code and mods, but just couldn't find the key file to alter to get the game to actually work. Dang it. And the last time the mod on the forum we used commented was October 2013, so I don't know if I can even shoot him a message to help.

@Hepburn & Marianne: With over 200,000 backers to ship multiple boxes of decks to many people all over the world, it will probably take until the middle or end of August to get yours. BE PATIENT!!!!!!!!!! If you've backed more than one campaign on KS, than you know that there is almost always a delay in getting promised merchandise to you. Be happy that the delay here is only a few weeks/ one month instead of the years that some of the other campaigns have made backers wait.

@Hepburn & Marianne: With over 200,000 backers to ship multiple boxes of decks to many people all over the world, it will probably take until the middle or end of August to get yours. BE PATIENT!!!!!!!!!! If you've backed more than one campaign on KS, than you know that there is almost always a delay in getting promised merchandise to you. Be happy that the delay here is only a few weeks/ one month instead of the years that some of the other campaigns have made backers wait.

So is hunting them down and deploying a clowder of angry kittens to explode their house, but this method is less destructive and less likely to result in incarceration. I'm not as creative as this group obviously is so I'd love to read what you guys come up with. Check the comments on Update 27 for my first attempt.

A group of kittens is called a Clowder. I assume it tastes like cat hair, but why you would want to taste it is beyond me. Most of the food in my house has at least a few cat hairs in it, but I think a Clowder has more cat hair than food!
I remember the days when I had cats. I should have invested in lint rollers since I used them so much. I still miss my two furry babies.

Love when the trains go down, and 200+ people are trying to get onto the shuttle busses they put in place. Ended up walking(took me 45min, including all the waiting at lights) to follow the route.
